That’s right, it’s the time of the year again where the temperatures soar and while we are all outside enjoying the weather, we often don’t release the health implications that it has on our body. Many people like to do a lot of exercise in order to stay healthy and exercising in the heat can have a negative effect on your body rather than a positive one if you don’t know what you are doing. 1) Stay Hydrated – This is one of the most important things you should do when doing any exercise. It is extremely important to stay hydrated, even more so when it is scorching hot outside.
2) Wear Sun Cream – When you are sunbathing, this is the one thing that you never forget to do. However, when you are going jogging or doing exercise outdoors, you always seem to forget. This is extremely important so make sure you put lots on.
3) Exercise in the morning or late at night – It would be silly to exercise outside when it is the hottest time of the day. Exercise in the morning or at night to avoid the strongest sunshine and heat
4) Dress for Exercise – Always wear loose fitting clothes and clothes that will allow your body to breath. There’s nothing worse than being uncomfortable when you are exercising in the heat
