If your car can park itself!
You will think it is a crazy idea or it can happen in your dream at night. But the thing is it is true for real world. A car that can park itself was demonstrated by the researchers at Stanford University’s School of Engineering. This is very interesting and unbelievable invention that was done by them. This was taken place at the ceremony for the new Volkswagen Automotive Innovation Laboratory (VAIL). The new Volkswagen Automotive Innovation Laboratory (VAIL) is the place where most of the researches going on. Some of these researches are based on environmental issues of automobiles, autonomous driving and safety issues. “First ever” driverless car with autonomous parking was demonstrated by the team as part of this ceremony. The every task was handled by the computer. This project is known as SARTRE or Safe Road Trains for the Environment. It was donated $5.75 million for its future modifications. There we don’t require hocus-pocus technology. Also it is free from investment on infrastructure. The new invention needs more testing to confirm its safety. The first car will test on its track on 2011. Hopefully we can have cars which drive by themselves within next 10 year. It will do revolution in automobile industry.
