If you are a photographer, or simply like good quality shots, you will drool over the twelve megapixel camera on the Nokia N8. This has got to be the top of the line for mobile smartphones. This makes the N8 a regular media factory in your pocket. The video is output at 720p, which is high definition standards. The video can be edited and a stabilizer is included. The lens of the Nokia N8 is treated with a Carl Zeiss optics feature to increase the quality of a photo shoot. A xenon instead of a weaker LED flash is included for even better photo quality. When you are done shooting, you can connect the N8 to a high definition monitor with the included HDMI connector. There is a secondary camera for personal video conferencing. You may just throw your digital camera away after buying a N8.

Wireless connections are abundant for the Nokia N8. Wi-Fi is included at the highest mode, the “N” mode. This is around five times faster than the last “G” mode. There are also HSDPA networks that can connect at up to 10.2 megabytes per second. Other connections are GPRS and EDGE, along with bluetooth and of course, the internet browser. The browser is able to do multi touch and is based on WebKit, a popular browser used on other major smartphones.

The Nokia N8 comes with a FM transmitter. This means you can broadcast your music to your car radio without needing a wire. This is a special feature that seldom if any other smartphones possess.
